Welcome to the Missouri Bullet Company!
We're glad you're here and hope you take a minute or two to look around. If you're new, you might want to look at the "Technical" page which outlines the basic philosophy of our bullet casting enterprise and explains why "Hardness-Optimized Bullets" from the Missouri Bullet Company might be just what you're looking for and have never found.
Here's the summary:
We optimize bullets for your intended application. We don't take a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to manufacturing bullets. Every box of our bullets displays the Brinell Hardness Number (BHN) of the bullets.
We take the time to do the hard work of custom alloying lead bullet alloy that is specialized for the bullet hardness that works best for you. We believe that once you try bullets optimized for the velocity of the loads you shoot, you'll never buy another manufacturer's cast bullet, unless it's one we're not making yet, and who knows? Let us know what you need and we might make it, too!
We offer USPS flat-rate shipping with free delivery confirmation at the rate of $10.85 per 65 lbs., which works out to 2,000 bullets for all bullets weighing in at 230-grain or less. We also have 3,000-count bundles of bullets weighing under 150 grains which ship for this same amount. We highly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. During checkout, select this option in the shipping option drop down box. If you don't select insurance during checkout, it cannot be added later.
We accept the major credit cards, checks and money orders. Pressed, we might even take cash! We offer a 2% cash discount on check/money order purchases. Just enter "check" in the Promo Code box in the shopping cart area.
Attention Casters: We are sharing our good fortune with the casting community in our offering of our stock lead alloy. You can buy it from this website or from the new site we created named www.castbulletmetal.com. We sell this wonderful low-flux 6% antimonial/2% tin alloy in 66 lb. lots (8 ingots) shipped flat-rate. Take a look by clicking here.
Attention Gun Clubs: As a reflection of our commitment to the shooting sports, we invite you to inquire about our registered gun club discount program.
